About these terms

These terms apply to the informational website only. They are not the contract for the Cyfriq product. Access to and use of the Cyfriq platform, including any commitments on availability, security, data processing and support, is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the accompanying Data Processing Agreement between Cyfriq and the customer. Nothing on this website forms a binding offer or contract for the product.

Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or interfere with the site, its servers or its security controls.
Introduce malicious code, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site except under our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
Scrape, harvest or collect data from the site in a manner that burdens our infrastructure or misuses personal data.
Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation, or impersonate Cyfriq or any other person.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Cyfriq name and marks, page design and code — is owned by Cyfriq or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and use the site for your own informational purposes. The Cyfriq name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without consent.

Product terms

Your rights and obligations in relation to the Cyfriq product are set out in the MSA and Data Processing Agreement, not in these website terms. In the event of any conflict between these terms and those contractual documents in respect of the product, the contractual documents prevail. To request the MSA or DPA, contact hello@cyfriq.com.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Your continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the website.
